Learnt a little Ebay lesson the hard way (up date now I'm pissed)

PalPal screwed me on some motorcycle parts. They sided with me and my claim but gave me cocksoup.

Guys, Having just gotten burnt my self, thru Ebay, in trying to buy 500 brass for my .17 Javelina, here are a couple of things I have learned in the process. Pay thru (FRAUD ALERT) by C/C, if it goes wrong, C/C will help,buy the smallest amount first, and then when trust is proven maybe get more, Ebay will only allow you to leave negative feedback up to 90 days, so the (old story) my dog died and the wife left me is only needed till 90 days past payment. My help from Ebay was next to nothing, so be prepared to go to local Law Enforcement for advice. I'm out $402 in us funds, ouch, but there are a few avenues that I still have to try.
