WOW interesting on the guys hanging geese for 14 days with the guts in ... hmmmm?! I like my geese fresh cooked ... but we do catch alot and gut and pluck and wind up freezing them althought they don't last long in my freezer as I love goose. I'm wondering if I'll like this hung goose idea as my garage is damn cold ... usually colder than outside during fall. HAHA. Cheers,
