lebarons AGAIN

Actually Tom, there is only one Le Baron in Mtl, the other ones are Baron Sport, either or, they both suck. Like I mentioned before, cannot wait till Cabella's opens up in Mirabel.

BTW, I usually get all my stuff at a very small store called Mc Cumbers Archery, in the Kanawake Mohawk reserve. Its a small shop owned by Sue McComber, and you get very friendly service. She has a little of everything, prices are good plus there is no sales tax, so right off you save 14%. I bought my Ruger 308 there and saved around $130 compared to any where else in the Montreal area.

I quit trying to shop in LeBarons Ottawa location, even the new store.
Just too dang frustrating.
Now I order from Action Sports, Brownells, Wholesale Sports, Cabela's, Dixie's etc and never complaint.
Funny how co-operative those folks can be.
Maybe like that car ad, they just try harder.
I just wish LeBarons would try harder instead of just being trying.

the Home Hardware in Russell Ontario always has what I am looking for, Le Barons has let me down 2 times in a row, The hunting section in Home Hardware isnt very big, but they have never, not once let me down...

If you had to wait that long for service I would of found the manager and raised hell or what works is writing a letter to head office. My wife does this whenever she gets crappy service at any esablishment. Most of the time she gets a letter of appology and some type of coupon or compensation. I'm sure if head office of Lebarons or WSS got enough letters heads would roll. Bottom line happy customers = higher profits. Money talks

write a letter to head office of Lebarons tell me how you things went Lebarons. It all start from the top with her

Thats manager Don's arrogance,it travels down hill to the employees cause he's just as rude to them. And momma Lebaron just thinks his poopoo dont stink,so your time on head office is a bust. Just avoid em

Why bother writing a letter if it is going to fall on deaf ears. Just spend your $$ elsewhere. If you were LeBarons and felt you had a monopoly on hunting/sporting goods why would you change??

Amen, this aint 15 yrs ago.The worlds gotten a lot smaller

If you want to write a letter about poor services, it would be more effective to itemize the things you bought with the total amount of the purchase from the other store/s. Include it is your letter and then provide a forecast of additional purchases that Lebaron’s will not be receiving. People will pay attention to the bottom line. If you can show them they lost $800 in sales and your future business they will pay attention. If you can recall the services reps name it would be good to add it as well.
