Instead of saying FMJ on the box, it says "TCMC", what does that stand for?

TCMC stands for Truncated Cone Metal Case. This bullet is essentially a Full Metal Jacket bullet with a profile similar to that of a hollow point bullet. Both of these bullet jackets are made of copper alloys.

So says the Winchester website.

As stated above, and indicates no exposed lead on the bullet base (a good thing).
