lebel 1886 wall hanger price?

What would be a fair price ,it's a 1886/93 bolt miss match lebel?pics up later tonight.also it has a poor bore with a realy bad rust spot 6 inches back from muzzle.

Don't think it'll help but, Stateside, an 1886 Lebel in good condition runs $695ish US. I'd guess one with bad headspace and a poor barrel would likely be less than half that.
 
if you can get the gun for anything under 6 you will be happy. I would see a store or a collector easy putting $800 on that gun. its a collectors gun not a shooter the bore really means nothing. I would not replace the barrel you would only take the value down if its a matching barrel.
 
Guess ididn't mention I already have 5he gun and am gonna list it on the ee.so I guess this really is a what's it worth thread
 
Last couple with good bores on P&s sold for around $600.

I don't think personally I'd go over $300. But I don't believe in not shooting guns, everything I own Getz shot no matter the value or rarity.

I have a lathe and the means to change a barrel. But a barrel will be very hard to source and a blank will be somewhere north of $250 plus if ding an 8mm lebel reamer may be tricky.

Just my thoughts, I may be wrong.

I tend to agree but how often do you see a mint barrel lebel?

Not often but this one is described as a wall hanger due to the barrel being toast. So to me if I can't shoot it the the value decreases tremendously unless it's something VERY rare.

But that's just my opinion and you know what they say about those? ☺
