This old mold pours the nicest bullets. Often, the first bullet is fit to use. It releases so nicely. I size these to both .311 and .309 and gas check them. I've fired a good many out of my 1942 Springfield M1.

The ones pictured are mostly WW with maybe 3% or so of lino.

How do you guys like this bullet vs the 160gr TL version? I have both and I've found this one to be a better performer. I can't say why, their virtually the same.

I primarily tumble lube so I thought the 160gr version would suit me better.... it didn't.

Any comparisons from you guys?

I have both moulds. In my SKS I can't tell a difference in how they perform. In my CZ carbine the tumble lube doesn't shot as well as the 155 gc grease lube bullet. I have taken the 155 and put in the lathe to create a flat nose. Was trying to get a deer with them but no luck. I am using a near max load of 2400. IMI cases and CCI primers.
