Do those marks appear on a case after firing? If so its your chamber marking the brass. Roll up a little 600 grit paper and spin it in the chamber or die, which ever is causing the offense and your problem will vanish.

NO rings on casings. Fixed problem, now using 308 win RCBS resizer die.
