You know, I see this statement all the time. I have one set of Hornady dies in 303Br Imp. One set of RCBS dies in .243 Win. I have 7 other sets in Lee dies. The Lee dies get used to death!! The only de-capping pin I EVER broke was on my RCBS. I have been doing this for more than a week now and I still go back to the Lee dies. No one has everything the best and Lee does have some failings where I am concerned, but it is NOT in their dies!!
One of our most revered reloading gurus, Dean Grennnel, used, and advocated, more Lee stuff than any other brand of reloading gear. So did Mic McPherson. These gentlemen reloaded and fired more stuff than any average reloader over the course of their careers and yet, even though they had access to the absolute "best" equipment, went back to their Lee stuff. I wonder why???
