I attended a Rememberance Day memorial in Chilliwack yesterday and saw the Lee Enfields and now I want one. This happen to anyone else?
Not to me. I wanted one before I ever attended a Remembrance Day ceremony.
think that white band just means the cadets own them, they still shoot them, but i think they are 22LR. i could be wrong. my oldest daughter 24 now, remembers firing them and they used Lees in 22LR and 303. that wasnt that long ago.I hear ya, hadn't even noticed the rifles that the Army Cadet honour guard stood with until last year and then said Hey, thay have No 4's ! I assume though that the white band around the buttstock and end of the barrel indicate they are deactivated?
