Lee Enfield designation

No. 4 Lee Enfield made at Long Branch Arsenal in Canada in 1944. Probably ended up in British service and I think FTR(factory thorough repair) at Fazakerly Arsenal in Great Britain probably after WW2. I'm no authority and stand to be corrected.
 
"...Mk2 specs..." That'd designate how the trigger is attached, as I recall. On the receiver vs on the trigger guard. Same rifle with a few minor alterations, otherwise.
 
Nice point about the Mark 1/2, 1/3 (as you have) and the Mark 2 is that once the damned trigger has been adjusted, it STAYS adjusted.
