Where is a good place to look for a full milspec No. 1 Mk.III and also a place to find the Parker-Hale PH5A peep sight for that rifle, which bolts onto the rear trigger guard, safety and ejector screw threads? Possible ballpark prices? I have a friend who is a serving officer in the CF who is looking for this rig.

Keep frequenting the gun shows, dealers, and such. They are out there.
I just picked up an AG Parker Twin Zero sight on E-Bay for a reasonable amount.

The problem with that sight...you can find them but they are always missing some of the important mounting parts. Screws, washers or whatever came with them originally.
A SMLE with one on it, they are around but certainly not common, and if you're looking for one, it will be elusive.
After you lose interest, you will trip over them...
