Lee Enfield No 4 "nose-cap" anyone ?

Hi

I'm lookin for the two pieces of metal that rivets on the wood in the front of a Lee Enfield No 4 for my next project. Anyone got that laying around ?

C'mon folks, I'm sure someone has a scrap front handguard? From which Bob could salvage the metal nose?

Now a scrap forend, that may be a little harder to find. I wonder how tough it'd be to make one from sheet metal...

not that hard really to make one. I did one for my little tanker. Its about 1/8" shorter then the normal one

Used some scrap metal (part of a chapters shelving unit ) and a lot of hammering and the finishing work was bone on the belt sander.

Should be pictures in my tanker thread about 8 months back
