Lee Enfield No.4 Scope Mounts

Yes. I am using the S&K on my own target Number 4 and don't have enough good to say about it. Rock-solid, if just a tad high, but most of that is the rifle's design.Use the lowest rings you can get away with and do try to stay away from these monster-size scopes. Just dandy with a real-world scope.

I have seen the others and I have sold them, but I won't use them on my own rifle. S&K, in my opinion, is the best.

They are expensive but they DO the JOB. And you don't have to go drilling holes in a good rifle. MilArm usually has them in stock; I don't see them anywhere else, but most shops will special-order one in for you if you threaten to cry. (Works for me, anyway!)

Happy scoping!

Thanks

Thanks fellas. That is reassuring. I would hate to drill into a well-preserved old rifle for a scope, but I really like teh sound of something I can just take off and put back how it was.
