Lee Enfields should we import them? westrifle.com

If priced according to quality, they'd sell. I'd be interested in one, but quality is everything. Lots of bitsa guns going for silly $ right now.

Gauge the response, see what people are prepared to pay, what models are of most interest.



And make mine a No 5 Mk 1. ;)
 
I was looking at places in the usa and you can pick up enfield stocks for 99$ for complete one, seems to me like they got better deals their on stocks. Never looked for the full military stock and firearm tho.

i would be interested in a nice enfield over my put together one.
 
Would DEFINITELY be interested if original (jungle??), matching numbers etc.....and of course a reasonable price NOTE: tell the supplier nobody wants them anymore....but you'll take them off his (her??) hands anyway...a gesture of goodwill of course!
 
I'd be interested... but I don't want anything that's had a shakey electro-pencil taken to it... and otherwise unmolested, with full wood, as well...
 
Weird post. If you can sell them for more StAteside, are you going to sell them here and take a loss out of the goodness of your heart? And how can someone say they are going to want one with zero info?

Publicity stunt, trying to keep the Westrifle name out there...plus he already gave himself an "out" by purposely revealing to us that if we don't see the rifles then the Americans will.
 
Just like the SKS rifles; some will see collector value in certain models/factories and will pay a premium and others will expect them to be $200 or 300 because some sportized models go for that price on the used market.
 
Didn't John from Marstar try a similar stunt recently? I see that that went well...............
If you could be a LITTLE MORE FORTHCOMING with the information about these , it would make the thread go smoother. Right now, you are asking people "what would you pay for a car?" but you don't say what kind of car, what options it has, how many miles it has. So , no one in their right mind will give you an estimate of "how much should I ask?" when we don't know if they are sportered, unsportered, low/high miles, country of origin (where it was made, not where you are buying them from)
So really, this thread is useless without at least SOME INFO. John from Marstar also gave himself a backdoor on a poorly described gun threatening to sell to the Americans.
