I understand what you are saying but in this case he was just mentioning who did get them as Westrifle hasn't said anything in a while and most were saying the price is a bit high so I am sure Westrifle will not be put out, it seems like a dead end here! If not then I am looking forward to what they have to offer, I bought a few SKS and Mosin from Westrifle and hope to buy plenty more when they have something that interests me!

It is, when done intentionally. However, different people browse the forums in different ways.
Not everyone always enters a specific forum to peruse threads.
Many will search "news posts", and post based on active threads of interest, not always aware of what specific forum a thread originated from, or belongs to.
Resulting in more an oversight, than a show of disrespect.
