Lee Enfields

Don’t you mean WW1 bolt assault rifles capable of killing as many people as quickly as possible. I think I’ll buy a couple to round out my doomsday arsenal of single shot Ruger number 1 assault rifles.

I think you mean fast firing, high capacity, military grade assault rifles still in use today, that is easily convertible to fully automatic.

I would expect that to be how the Liberals describe it when they want to ban it, but then I remember that that description is actually accurate, so they will probably just call it the BruceLee Mark 40 . . .

The Germans reputedly reported they were facing full-auto weaponry the first time the British troops opposite demonstrated volley fire with their Lee Enfields.

(Work the bolt back and forth as fast as you can with thumb and index finger, use second finger to grab the trigger each time. Wonderful way to exercise your ammunition logistics!)

I think that was Langemarke. The Germans thought all the British were armed with Vickers; I forget the name of that firing method, but it really speeds things up, but I was refering to the drop in conversion the Australians came up with.

here is an interesting video about the speed of the Enfields
Always nay-sayers when it comes to milsurps. These will definitely sell, they don’t make new WW2 era surplus rifles, they only appreciate in value.

If you want affordable furniture go to IKEA, if you walk into an antique store, you don’t compare the prices to IKEA. Antiques are antiques.
Hey man judge me on my username all you want but my point proves itself even in that light, I’ve made more money buying and selling Mosin Nagant variants than any other kind of rifle. Not every Mosin is a garbage rod, although admittedly every garbage rod is a Mosin.

Find me a better example than Milsurp rifles that appreciate in value guaranteed without any effort and often without any justification.

I’ll wait.

Received mine today;
Overall impression was good. All matching Longbranch from 1950. Some cosmoline still in the bolt and barrel. Under the wood. Well you can tell they weren't stored in preservation for a while. A decent amount of surface rust and some pitting. But as to be expected from the last of the surplus original rifles.
Bore was a decent 5 groove and lots of life. Draws in the wood were intact and the wood is oil soaked but not cracked. Finish is 90% intact. All parts are there and nothing is broken.

A little tlc required. But cleaning up to be a good shooter and collectors peice.

Hope this helps anyone make a decision or not.

Inter Arms paid 50 cents each for one million Lee
Enfield no1 mk3 from the UK in the 1950's to sell
in America and Canada

Just want to confirm your sales are online only, not in person? I’m interested in a Long Branch No4 but not comfortable with that price and taking my chances. Prefer hands on.

OMG. For rifles that sold for less than $20 alone in the early 80's, wow times have changed. :)

Boycott these greedy companies …. Lol it’s an outrage I missed my 20 dollar rifle chances, how dare they bring in beautiful rifles
