Midwayusa lists one but they don't ship up here. Can anyone tell me where I can get one?

I was able to get a local dealer to order one for me directly from lee when he put an order in. Maybe try searching the list of canadian dealer on the lee web site.

I tried Higginsons for one a couple weeks ago, no go. Here is their reply:

That product number is a special order item, it would be quicker for you to order it directly from the Lee factory.

And directly from Lee is a no go as well as it is a custom made item at this time, here is what their site says:

Due to unprecedented order volume, we are suspending all custom work until we are able to meet the required volume of our standard products. At present, it appears to be spring of 2013.

So I guess that you will be waiting until Lee is taking orders again like me.
