I think i will eventually get a bench press but i like the portability (in front of tv/friends tv resizing, etc) and also i want to see how much i will shoot/reload to see if it is worth it to get a bench press. Will continue to check the EE until i get my .308 and then start buying reloading stuff... So if i get a hand press, i could buy once used brass and full lengt size them? (contrary to the lee loader where i would've needed brass from my rifle only?)

Yes.

In my case I had already saved a lot of brass from the rifles I was going to load for, so for $20 a Lee Loader was a great way to go.

Thanks!, they seem to ship to canada but you need to contact them to estimate shipping prices (or you can order and they then calculate it) but i sent them an email so they dont charge like 60$ shippings

I believe you need to speak with Mary, she handles international orders. I live near the border and always have my stuff shipped inside of the US, then I pick it up myself, so I save on the shipping, and international charges, so I have no clue how much shipping and duties will be. Just be sure they ship by USPS, not UPS or Fed Ex, or you will get hit hard on the brokerage charges.

my experience with Natchez is that they charge a fair shipping price but add a 9US$ fee to international orders.

Better off going with Sinclair International, larger reloading selection, easier to browse but a bit expensive shipping
oh and since price seems to be an issue, why not reconsider your choice of rifle? Nothing wrong with the XCR, except it is overpriced, way overpriced. Best bang for your buck is the SPS Varmint

Hi, thank you very much, as for the xcr, i traded my hk usp for it, i couldn't find any deal like that with a sps or i would've needed plus cash in the trade but i got a really good deal (i think?) hk usp compact .45 with threaded barrel for a xcr+leupold VX2 18x+harris bipod and hard case... couldn't find any deal near that on the EE (appart from this one ) Otherwise, i would never have bought a xcr...

A caliper and also a scale, is it everything i need?
Also, is it better to have a weight scale or a volumetric one? (does the cheap weight electronic scale do the job?)
