I need a smaller powder bushing for the load all than what it comes with (0.95), it's to throw 15 gr of titegroup .
0.95 bushing threatens to throw 18 gr instead. It's for light/standard target loads.

Is there any solution off the shelf or should i shim/tape the inside of the bushing?

This may seem like an odd question, but did you mean to say Titewad? I haven't seen Titegroup used as a shotgun powder, although it may be possible.

HI; Yes there is loads for titegroup. 3/4 ounce lead loads. As to the bushing, just do what ever works. I found the Tightgroup got LIVELY if the powder went above what the load called for. Fixed it with a pound of Red Dot.

Hi.
Just use of electric tape and stick it to the inside of the bushing. I use of this technic several years ago for MEC reloader. Just use of good tape and try it to see powder stick to tape or not. In the long period, the tape become sticky so you need to change it again.
Good luck

I would use a different, more bulky powder. Tape will work, kind of. But sticky residue is not something you want to have in your bushing, and small volumes of very fast burning powder are not forgiving if you have powder hang up and then dump into the next load along with an already full pressure charge. Perhaps building the bushing up with epoxy would be OK, but I wouldn't bother.
