That`s not quite true...Dillon recommends against using Federal primers since they have a tendency to jam the primer fed tube.....Ya, I know, don't use Federal primers. That is BS! It is nothing more than an attempt to dodge liability.

it's got NOTHING TO DO with FEDERAL primers- it's obvious you NEVER BOTHERED TO READ THE MANUAL
... an no-one provides a countervailing opinion, then new reloaders read and assume it's junk - but it isn't.If he's say's it's junk...

without sounding like a plug, ALL new reloaders should be READING acrashb's treatise( if i can call it that) on PROGRESSIVE RELOADERS- THE MAN TOOK CONSIDERABLE TIME AND EFFORT TO REVIEW all three ( dillon, lee , and the lock and load) BEFORE they purchase- if you don't you're making an UNINFORMED choice
If you want a trully nightmare loading experience Lee is your press. No hassles no problems fast easy pleasurable time get a dillon press.
i spent about an hour a month on the phone with dillon solving a primer feed problem, which we NEVER did get right- to this day, i use a LEE hand primer - so don't talk to me about dillon-
why do you guys care if he likes Lee or not (or Dillon for that matter) If he's say's it's junk...to him it's junk. He's free to spend his money as he pleases...and form an opinion of his own.
Yup, I spent my money, foolishly again! I did indeed form an opinion, if it has LEE on it, RUN the other way!!!
Well...if anyone rushes out to buy a press based entirely on what they read in online forums...they deserve what they get.
Mistake #1 .... I did in fact buy this junk based on information found on this list.
