Even if you are not a fan of their reloading tools the customer service is awesome. I sent them an email and had an answer within an hour.

I was hesitating about using a factory crimp die for 9mm as I have only used the 3 die set before and always with good results. I realize they come down on the side of the debate that has me buying their stuff, but I was still impressed.

"Personally I would always crimp Semi-Auto Ammo. The Factory Crimp will
give you the best crimp and the carbide insert will re size the
completed cartridge, if needed. Because of the variance in case wall
thickness, Reloaded Simi-Auto pistol ammo can actually be out of SAAMI
specification. The Carbide FCD will solve this.

That's true, but I did appreciate that they had good grammar, proper punctuation and withheld the emoticons.
 
Unlike many other industries, the reloading industry realized that customer service is huge and all of them provide service and support that is leagues ahead of other industries pathetic attempts at customer service.
