LEE Perfect Powder Measure

I am the same, ball powders leak, stick powders is great. I bought a RCBS as well, use it for ball powders. The lee is actually more accurate than the RCBS with stick powders.
 
I find that the more I use mine , the more I like it. It does leak, a little, with the ball powder(Bullseye), none whatsoever with the extruded powders. I will try the cleaning and realigning the drum trick.(Thanks for the tip) I used to weigh every charge, but afterfinding that the Lee is quite accurate, I now weigh 1 in 20 or so. KD
