Lee powder through rifle dies

Does anyone know if the lee powder through rifle die can be used with 300win and 7mm rem cases?
I'm not talking about the rifle charging die. Just the cheap powder though one.

I don't see any Lee dies in those sizes...
really meant to expand the case mouth, charge, then accept a cast bullet
