lee pro 1000 bullet feed kit problem

I'm trying to install a bullet feed kit on my lee pro 1000 in 9mm and I do have the proper fingers for the bullet height the problem is
1 the bullets keep falling out of the holder tube
2 the bullet wont line up with the die
any body using this system with any luck

I got the bullets to stay in the holder and the feeder fingers to line up with the die now the problem is the fingers are to tall and got crushed between the die and the shell plate carrier, a little trimming to remove the damage to the fingers, and now it wont retract the fingers to get another bullet, I run a very tight crimp and a OAL of 1.09
