Hey All!

Newbie loader here! I just purchased a Lee Pro 1000 in 9mm! After reading more bad then good about this press I was a little more then skeptical. I took my time in setting up and calibrating the machine at each stage! Tons of good info out there. After this I ran a few rounds at a single round each to ensure quality and a solid understanding of what each station does. After breaking 6 reloads apart to check for consistency I was pleased with the accuracy of the powder charge system. All in all the Lee Pro 1000 is a good press to learn on and seems to work well IF YOU PAY ATTENTION. The primer tray and feeding system must be watched in order to be effective, and yes I did spill powder into the shell plate and no I didn't have to disassemble the entire machine to clean it, compressede air and a little creativity and I was cranking out rounds in 10 minutes! Yes I want a dillon but I can afford TWO Lee Pros! Just my 2 cents. Happy Loading!

Glad to hear that!
Myself I picked up a Loadmaster, and yes it can by finicky, but when it's tuned in it REALLY crank's out ammo!
