Lee sizing and lubbe kit

If all else fails, both Titan Reloading and Factory Sales/FSReloading (both in the US and ship to Canada no problem) have them for just under $18.00 US.
 
Try Wholesale Sports and Cabelas. The stores in Regina both stock them on a regular basis. If you find a .451" you can lap it out quickly for the extra .001"

Last time I ordered they did not have the $13.20 option ( yes a while ago)

It's sad that Canadian stores charge so much even when you factor in the exchange rate. There are few exemptions but it says alot when you can get the same item with shipping and exchange rate for a lot less from the USA.

Titan has a few shipping options the cheapest being $13.20 for me, but they can also be expensive depending on shipping company and insurance.
