A friend and i just recently purchased a lee turret kit for reloading our 308 rounds. It seems simple enough and we loaded the rounds fine but we couldn't use the turret it tries to spin before the round is all the way out and really messes up the lead we couldn't figure out how to adjust this if there is a way. It says that it can be used for 308 rounds, so it would be great if anyone could help us with this problem its a pain manually moving the turret lol
 
Take the turret off and pull out the indexing rod, it won't work with the larger rifle rounds. Put the turret back on and index manually, with the double auto disk you can load reasonably fast.

When you want to load pistol, just put the index rod back in.

the only round you can "get away" with this is the 223 or similar length- everything else HAS TO HAVE THE AUTO INDEX REMOVED- i use it for the 338 win mag with no problems, and have for years
