The mods haven't moved it yet. I reported your post and asked them to move it for you. If it's in the right forum you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll get an answer.

First off is your Ruger 22/45 the better one which uses the screw mounted separate side grip slabs? If it is the more common lower model which is all molded as one then you can't attach any after market grips to it.

If it is one of the better ones with separate screw secured grip slabs then you want to look for 1911 left hand target grips since they are cross compatible.

I have the screw on grips. I have looked at 1911 grips but have not found any with thumb rest and finger groves. Any suggestions where I could find any. Thanks for your time you are the only one to reply.
