Left Hand Lee Enfield sniper

Probably as likely to find a left handed MG34

Or a left handed grease gun. :)

I was a frequent visitor to the MoD Pattern Room, back in the Enfield Lock days, and then, under the aegis of BAe when it moved to Nottingham. My POC there was the irreplaceable Herbie Woodend MBE, whom I had first met in Northern Ireland some time previously. The three of us, him, me and Jim Clark of Monks of Chester, passed many an hour yacking. Three of my handguns are now in the collection there, donated by me after the Great Betrayal back in 1997/8.

You walked by my house many times then , I grew up on Ordnance Rd , just up from the RSAF . Most of my family worked there in one capacity or another and I was lucky enough to be taken through it a few times as a young man . I used to go for a pint in the Railwayman pub , everyone always called it the Germans for some reason , that was next to the Victoria Line tracks . When the RSAF closed , it gutted the local economy . A sad loss of an important historical place .

He's only holding it left-handed. The grease gun DOES eject to the right, as the open ejection port cover shows.

...and we are still awaiting the OPs link to the documentary.

Better check out the weapon and look again.:) Lid flips to the left, cocking handle is on the right.
