Looking for a Rem 700 stock/chassis upgrade for a reasonable budget price. $500ish max.

So far all I have really seen is

Boyds at-one due to adjustments.

Or

MDT LSS.

I will be looking to drop in a deadline lh sa into the stock, so something that will allow fitting would be great.

Thanks.

Had the LSS in LH. It worked, but... Now have the ESS. It is fantastic. I'd save up for a while longer and get a chassis that is more functional/flexible.

I really like my leftie MPA chassis, comfortable and configurable too. And not crazy expensive. Would like to try the new trend and get a J Allen, but they seem too much cash to me?
The new Magpul Pro looks really interesting too. May be my next chassis, where’re they may show up in Canada?

It seems that once you commit to spending $1000-$1500 there are a lot of choices. But not a lot that is budget friendly if you are a lefty, but I would like to at least handle a few before I spend the coin on them. I hadn't seen the Jallen and MPA stuff yet. at least if gives me a few other options.

I was in the exact same boat as you in 2015 and ended up with an LSS for my Tikka. 3 years and 3 chassis later, I am still running an MDT, just an LSS-XL Gen2 which I modified to be LH. If you're considering between the AT-One and the LSS, I would go LSS every day of the week! But that's just my opinion :)

Additionally, you don't need to spend the $2000+ CAD on a chassis system to shoot better... which is what MDT is all about.
