Left handed cocking handles for vz/cz

Best bet is to get yours modified I'd imagine.

I would like a new bolt as well with both sides having handles mounted straight out 90 degrees to both not up at an angle.

Not sure how though. Doesn't the gun headspace based off of the bolt carrier?

Could be wrong though. lol.

I like that one but handles straight out not angled up.

The bolt carriers are very hard so having one installed isn't that easy. They need to be threaded in then welded ideally because they can fly off while the bolt moves back.

the locking lug is what locates for headspacing

i have done a few dozen ambi and lefty carriers and as was already said just welding may not be enough, the new handle should be either drilled and pinned before welding or threaded before welding. or risk eating the charging handle

for the effort it is not really worth the liability to bother

You already have one

The cocking handle is on the correct side for lefties from the factory. Your trigger hand should never leave the pistol grip.

Thanks.

I thought I might be wrong on how it headspaces.

Broncoos right. Had him do one for me, thought it would be the cats meow just like the good old FN. Now I own a few CZ/CSA and have just learned to modify my muscle memory or get a bolt hold open release lever for your right hand. Thats works the best for me. Love those nea releases.
