Ive been shooting right hand eject rifles my whole life, Being left handed, I had no option. During my time in the reserves, I shot the FN C1A2 for years, never had a problem. Also shot right eject shot guns, 2 or 3 thousand rounds out of my 10/22, again never had a problem, Im with CSC and have to shoot the right handed eject Colt Ar15 (223 and 9mm), and my own 16 inch, DPMS I shoot in competitions, I elected to go with a right eject, just because I can see the rounds leave the weapon, (I shoot both eyes open) so if I get a F.F. or fail to eject I see it right away and can fix the problem in a flash. For you right hand shooters, shooting right hand eject, if you encounter a F.F you have to take your eyes off target, remove weapon from the shoulder, swing the weapon over, then fix the problem, before getting back on target. I just cycle the action, and shake, then back on. I think thats what has helped me do well in cqb matches. Failure to feed, or jams that I get are fixed in a flash with out alot of moving the weapon around, and back on target again. I.M.O.
