Hi guys, I have been interested in semi-bullpups for awhile but am wondering being that I shoot left handed are they possible to shoot this way or will the casings come out too close to face. I shoot regular ar-15's no problem lefty.

Keltec RDB is the answer to your problem.

All controls are ambidextrous.

Hot brass is ejected straight-down. Not to the the left or right.

It's a dream come true for leftys.

I can say I did it with a Tavor 7 without switching it to left hand ejection. And I paid for it shortly after, the brass was hitting me in the chin, but it was so fast I did not notice till after that the brass not only hit my chin it burned circles into it as they did. At least with that one it can be switched to lefty without buying anything extra, unlike the X95 where you have to buy a lefty bolt to do so

I tried shooting my Tavor with my weak hand (left hand) during a drill that required left-hand shooting years ago. Didn't enjoy having the ejection port that close to my face... I won't be doing that again. A kaboom would have been unpleasant. The one major downside to most bullpups is that you can't readily switch hands safely while shooting if needed. RDB and RFB are exceptions in that respect.

Tavor can ve switched to left-eject
Fs2000 is forward eject
Rfb is also forward I believe
Rdb is downward.

You have options

My RDB has worked out really well for me. Even having the charging handle on the left side doesn't bug my wife when she shoots it right handed.

FS2000 is forward eject
And it's little cousin the PS90 ejects straight down.

i had to shoot during duty the famas on right hand side while it can be shot left handed action. due to the fact that most of users were right handed and it was easier in case of real world action.

Just want to chime in that the x95 will eject brass right into your chin. Violently. Its a no go out of the box. You can swap it to LH but need to remove the barrel to swap the charging handle over on new models. Otherwise the bolt and ejection port are simple (you can get a fully assembled LH bolt for around $300 IIRC)
