Legal barrel length question?

I just bought a Glock 19 with a threaded barrel, I am going to have KKM make me a custom length barrel, and ship it to ZEV so they can further modify and coat it and fit it to my slide they are going to also make for me...Now my question is about the length

If I understand correctly the Canadian law states it has to be longer then 105mm, now does that mean 105.5mm is long enough? Or should I just ask for 106mm to be on the safe side and be 1mm over the law requirement? I notice that most of Canadian legal Glock 19 barrels made by companies like Lone Wolf are 106mm....

I want it to be as short as possible to be legal, but I dont want to have any problems importing it. so if 106mm is a safer bet I'll stick with that

Not legal advice, but 105.5 should be fine, as I understand it if it was meant to be measured in fractions of a millimeter, they would have written it as 105.0 mm. Exact wording from the rcmp website is "has a barrel equal to or less than 105 mm in length" to be a prohib.

I would take the extra half millimeter to be safe, cause you are splitting hairs with that small of a difference (what's the thickness of a human hair? lol).

Always err on the side of caution because they will always err on the side of being a hard-assed officious prick.
