Not sure if this is the right forum but it is sort of an ammo question. I was just looking at a product online called tannerite. it looks like it would be a hoot to shoot at.

Is it available and legal in Canada ?
 
No. Controlled explosive.
Manufacturer used to ship to Canada, then someone asked NRC, and that ended that.
