I've been collecting spring data.

for now here's a list of buffer lengths:

(rounded to the nearest 0.05")
AR-15-size receiver with an M4 buttstock -- 3.25"
AR-15-size receiver with an A1/A2 rifle stock -- 5.90"

AR-10/AR-308 receiver with an M4 buttstock -- 2.50"
AR-10/AR-308 receiver with an A1/A2 rifle stock -- 5.30"

I'll assume you mean this upper. The 10.5" is a carbine length. We don't have that length of piston conversion kit right now, I will check if we plan to order some in anytime soon and will get back to you
