I have bought a few Leoupold mk3 clones from china, they came in under a week with no brokerage or gst fees. Now 6 weeks from the latest shipment, I have gotten a bill fromPBB global logistics for brokerage fee's and gst. Anyone else recieved one of these bills?

UPS pulls those kind of hijinks too. You'll get your parcel and then get a bill for brokerage, duties, tariffs, etc later. The moral of the story? Never ship across the border with UPS. Fedex and Purolator aren't so bad.

Next time ask the seller from China ship it with TNT, 3 days from China to Toronto, and no tax no bokerage!

You shipped via DHL (or is it TNT?), correct?

This would be correct. And yes, you are legally obligated to pay those fees.

I import radios and accessories, and TNT is one of my preferred shippers. You will end up with a bill, guaranteed. The excessive 25 dollars charge for brokerage will be offset by the crazy discounted shipping compared to UPS and FedEx.
