I know of a Leopard skin that is in a glass display case. It was shot in 1946 by an elderly gentlemen because the cat was killing goats. The skin was brought back to Canada by a Missionary who was working in the village at the time and it was put on display at his church. Now, over 60 years later, the skin has captured the interest of some and I have been asked to make some inquiries on their behalf. They would like to know if it is legal for this skin to change hands or even possess it at all these days? I'd appreciate hearing from anyone here who KNOWS what they are talking about regarding these matters. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.
