Try Beaphar "Reppers". It's a ketone-based dog and cat repellent that is persistent for about 5 or 6 weeks. It comes in a kit with four "evaporators" that you set into the ground creating a perimeter around whatever it is that you're trying to keep them out of. Each evaporator has an effective radius of about 9 feet.

Big Mason Jar with nail holes punched in the top of the metal screw on lid, half fill with Ammonia, and leave in the area.
Will also chaise away Skunks, and Raccoons.
