I was recently caught up in a mistake, error, tech glitch or whatever it was. Upon pointing out the issue, I was promptly contacted by not just a manager, but the owner himself. From a guy that still shakes hands and believes that your word is the only thing you need for a deal, this service has been old school amazing.
This was never going to be a bash Bullseye thread, but I absolutely must give them praise on this one.

I had totally opposite first-time buying experience with them. So, I took my money elsewhere.

Ordered a firearm online showing in stock. CC was charged, PAL verified, transfer request emailed received from RCMP.

Days later, I received a call to tell me the firearm was not in stock. It was website magically stocked it.

I understand mistake happens. But how could you verify the transfer then days later this firearm is not in stock?

Do you not verify you have the firearm before you complete the transaction and verify PAL?

Being hard to find firearm, I think they sold it to someone else. And brushed me off.

Had a similar issue, but they provided great service. Quick replies and resolution by the whole team.
Will definitely visit them, if I go to that area.
