I've seen enough net borne complaints of vertical foregrips working loose on ARs to make me wonder how one will stand up to pumping and firing stresses on a 12gauge? The folding grip especially is not really designed for that application and is another possible source of problems.

I'm going to take mine off and drill the rivets out of the rails, then get someone to lay it up with some fiberglass....leaving a beaver tail on the front to the grip to keep fingers from grabbing to far in front of it. We'll see how it pans out. I am using a Knoxx stock, so the grip strap isn't necessary for me.
