Here's my latest Ranch Hand fix-up into a Baby Carbine.
She's in .45 Colt and will be a great tree stand gun.
I fitted her with a PGW Rossi Carbine stock, made and fitted a
1/8" thick brass butt plate to 'er as well as made a brass cartridge
follower and installed a Steve's Guns ejector spring.
I installed Marble's front and rear sights and altered the front for
a good sight picture and resized the big loop lever to better fit
a gloved hand.
I'm almost finished the conversion of this little rifle and can hardly
wait to get 'er to the range to sight it in. I still have to get a
couple of steel, oval head screws to replace the brass wood
screws that are temporarily holding the butt plate. A couple
more coats of Tru Oil to the stocks will finish that bit.
I love tinkerin' on these rifles.
