get the updated version, the piston system is much better, They are great little rifles, they buck a lot more than the longer piston rifles, but are still the funnest of the bunch.

...I know this is an old post but how do you know what one is new or old? Is it much better? Is the old one "bad"?

i put it on to try to co-witness the irons, unfortunately its still too high, the base gets in the way. somebody needs to make something like this for the swiss

That's so slick. I'm very jealous. I'll have to make it a goal to have something like that in the future.
A quick release mount might work if you can't find a rail that let's you co-witness?
Also you should get some of those cool action shots with this rifle- like the ones you have with your mk18!

The barrels are 430mm and 500mm long. They are factory barrels from Swiss Arms and they've got the same diameter as the Sniper barrels. The short one sports a clamp-on flash hider.
