I guess somebody has to start ....
My twins .... two builds ... one is a blued 870 Police from 2021 ... and the other is an 870 Wingmaster from this year.
I just finished the Wingmaster build .....
Both are hunting guns .... the Wingmaster with rifle sights is now my dedicated deer shotgun.

My current favourite, although it’s got a rifle sighted 14” barrel on it currently. I affectionately named it Captain Asshöle lol.
It’s just an older express receiver I picked up and put a 12.5” grizzly barrel on after I had it threaded for chokes, jumbo safety, S&J spring/follower, machined extractor. Polished bolt and action bars, take off stock set. Nothing fancy but it is smooth as butter and carry’s nice in the hand.

Both are 870 Tac 14 models, drilled and tapped for optic rail.
The top one is a Remington arm brace model, came from the factory with the +1 tube extension, Magpul fore-end, Mesa pistol grip adapter and Hogue grip.
The bottom one has Hogue furniture and Tac-Ord +1
Oh, a dealer here bought off the government and called me to check out. At that time, there aren't many factory Police in 14 inch.

Why did you put Monte Carlo trap stocks on them? Did you need the height to see the iron sights?
Yes, ... the Monte Carlo stock gives me a better cheek weld with those iron sights ... makes a huge difference for me ....
870 Police Magnum 14" Barrel with Aimpoint ACRO P1 Red Dot Sight and Streamlight TL Racker 800 Lumens Handguard. The Picatinny Rail and Ammo Caddy is a Mesa Tactical product with a Magpul "K" Grip. The Buttstock is equipped with a Kyn-Shot Hydraulic Recoil Buffer, which reduces the perceived recoil by at least 50%.... a TERRIFIC piece of kit!

This be my one that I worked over starting with a fresh Rem Tactical Desert Recon unit. She's run thousands of rounds in trap shoots along with some critter work.
I fit 'er with Mesa Tactical "High Tube Recoil" stock w/ Enidine recoil buffer which really tames the kick with all loads. The sight be a Bushnell Holo-Sight and
the fore grip is a Pachmayr Vindicator.
T'is me go-to unit fer sure.
