Let's see some pic's of your SxS's & O/U's

Thanks guys, This is my Browning BSS Sporter in 20 gauge. Not as dressed up but still plenty of class. Bottom picture is my Lefever G grade 16 gauge on a small XX frame. Original, plenty case colours left (hard to tell by this pic though), sweet little double.

Is there a story behind the yellow gloves?

okay so here are my two 1957 webley and scott 16 gauges imported by abercrombie and fitch. One was sold in San Francisco and one in Chicago. They are four serial numbers apart. One has been hunted a lot with the pow grip and the other I got as new couple of years ago. I posted the straight grip one here last week. A&F did not bring in very many double triggered webleys in 16 gauge according to there records that Griffin and Howe sent me.

the two belgian doubles I posted last week. One is a 1953 20 gauge the other is a 1942 16 gauge that found its way from belgium to a german waffenhaus to North America. It has been restocked at some point in its life. The twenty is original. This picture gives a hint of the crappy gun maker that no one should look for. I have one more in 16 gauge made in 1963. These guns are overbuilt with two underlugs, sideclips, greener style cross bolt and hidden third bite in the rib extension. The twenty weighs the formula weight for a twenty gauge 5LBS 4OZ.

I don't know about anyone else but i can't see those pics.

BTW, I have two 16 gauge Piepers that are 3 serial numbers apart. Pretty sure, like your Webley's for you, they took vastly differently journey's to get to me.

Not really, They are deer skin, I use them as my shooting gloves, not much wear on these ones yet, hence, the brighter look. Also, upon picture time I thought I'd throw in a little off colour. So sorry, but no interesting history or back story behind them.

Haha canvasback, not exactly.

i'm new at the dropbox and I see the personal thing there. I will try to edit the setting? I can see them

Canvasback, try them now before I try any more

Thanks, it's a Gustave Masu, 10 Wigmore Street London. Circa 1870. Rebounding hammers, permanently attached fore-end, 12 ga. with some quirky/unique details aside from unusual checquer pattern.

Todays lesson is...... Hey Rocky, wanna see my Japanese Shotguns? Two Ithaca SKBs and a mitsui import SKB. The 28 inch 20 model 100 was my first real shotgun purchased in 1980. The rare straight grip 585 20 gauge I found in Cabelas winnipeg a couple of years ago. I sold it to my brother as it does not quite fit me. Then the 25 inch barrel model 100 ic/mod sneaking through the bush grouse gun.
