The rail and the light makes it tactical. Right?

Is the brake on the Road Blocker effective enough to offset the extra weight disadvantage on the front end of the gun?
I can shoot buckshot with it, without it beating me up. The extra weight on the end means you won't be shooting it with one hand. It essentially makes the barrel longer and heavier, but the brake is functional. Haven't shot with the new Raptor grip, though. Supposed to be better than the Hogue that I had on there before.
To put it in perspective, the 18.5 Road Blocker w/Brake & Raptor grip is about the same OAL as my 14" 590A1 w/Choate stock.
Got my Salvo12 after only 3 months.... so now I may actually shoot this Benelli, ive only owned it for 5 years LOL
^^^WTF! Lucky basterd! How considerable is the noise reduction on that Salvo?
Don't know I haven't shot it yet lol
Yeah I agree Dave. Your gun looks great by the way. Love the color scheme.I found it wasn't bad even without the grip tape (just stuff from Home Depot that comes on a roll, it's like skateboard stuff). It was also for aesthetics, just kinda looks like it should have grip pads there and worked well with the 2 toned theme I had. I do like the magpul forend compared to others and I have tried a few, you can just grab it fast and rip it and not have to worry about partially grabbing the barrel with too much of a wrap around grip cause the forend flanks the barrel unlike all other forends.
Bahahaha operative word is 'may'... seriously just shoot the crap out of it! Pop that cherry! And take some pics![]()
