You should put the rhino rail on the 12.5 barrel...that would be ultimate I think. Is that a S2AR stock adapter?

agree, except the 12.5 barrel front sight interferes with the rhino rail

the adapter is the S2AR gen 2 with sling attachment points

another thing is the grizzly receiver is slightly different where it attaches and there is a gap left over by the adapter.

Where is the gap? In the future I want pretty much that exact gun, mag fed 12.5 grizzly (bead sight so I can put on the...), rhino rail, S2AR gen 2, and then stock and grip in FDE. I'm interesting if that all works out on the grizzly as well as it would on an 870. I assumed it would

Tactical ####..

I had posted these in a Mossberg 930 thread sorry if uv seen them already....

What u are viewing is a 12.5 inch 870 Remington- Benelli M4 (Restricted 14inch barrel) - Modified Hatsan MP-A - Mossberg 930 Road Blocker
btw - I just picked up the 930 thats why the stupid made in the USA is still stuck on the stock..

here is the issue. I think it is because of the top edge of the receiver. It fits perfect on my wingmaster (probably because top edge is more rounded), but the mag fed has the gap. dont think it will effect function at all, but doesnt look ideal.

not sure if the non mag fed grizzly has the same issue. I also have a LEO top folding stock and a remington wood stock, they both fit perfectly on the mag fed

I'd leave it on the Wingmaster and look for another alternative if you want that type of stock on the mag-fed.

Parts that don't fit properly look terrible, since we are not fighting for our lives it's all about fun and LCF ;)

First shotgun! Just bought it today after great deliberation. Will take some proper photos once I stop buzzing all over. :)

Fabarm 14" SDASS Pro Forces
Fabarm telescopic stock (original tactical stock LOP was too short)
Blue force sling/shoulder strap, which feels great for broth carry and bracing while firing
Removed pump assist spring (more of a hinderance than anything, kind of like buying an audi with an automatic transmission)

I love the LPA sights on this gun. Ghost ring + fiberoptic front. Can't wait to take it out.

The more I see these Fabarm's the more I like them!

I am incredibly happy with it. Build quality is superb, handling is fab (har har), and it cycles like a dream. Has only choked on one rubbish winchester round so far, from a bulk canadian tire pack. I had to give the butt a bit of a knock on the ground to cycle it out, while several rounds from the same box fully jammed up inside my friend's Savage Arms, requiring some serious prying. I've since stuck with Federal and Fiocchi. Also happily, recoil isn't noticeably different from an 18.5" barrel.

How heavy is it compared to a 870?

Those cheap Winchester shells jam in everyone's shotguns I wouldn't fault it for that.

I handled a fully kitted out 870 the other day that tipped the scales at about 12 pounds. Heavy! I believe mine is 6.5. Could be wrong but it's incredibly light while still feeling very solid.

The best way I found to prevent cheapo Winchester rounds from
sticking in the chamber is to Flex Hone the chamber with their fine
grit chamber hone. I first inspect the chamber to ensure thats it's to
spec & not out of round. If it is, then I re-cut it with a Manson chamber
reamer, then finish with the Flex Hone.

Any cheap shotshell with steel bases will tend to be sticky in a lot of the
newer guns like Mossberg & Remington due to the lower machining &
finishing standards these companies employ.
Boy, I miss the old days of craftsmanship!f:P:
