Finally got a 1917 bayonet for the "Old School Tactical" 1897 trench gun.

Nice brand new collector grade with hand oiled wood grips and a leather sheath.

Ready for trench raiding now!

Nice looking 97 Trench gun. Question is, are there US markings on it? If so, REALLY nice WW1 97 Trench gun. I just hope you managed to find a proper Winchester marked Bayonet.

Just got both barrels back from TacOrd today. Casey threaded both for rem chokes and polished the NEA barrel because I was still having troubles with extraction!

This is how a chamber is supposed to look....................There was a tone of Park in there!

heres my latest build. 12.5" Remington 870 with Magpul, Mesa, and Surefire goodies. (sorry for the crappy lighting)

I got the Magpul furniture as well and I tried mounting the flashlight in the same place as you have it, but it wasn't very comfortable. Actually, my flashlight mount bit into my hand whenever I squeezed the trigger. Anyway, i took off the flashlight and the rail for now. For me, those rail slots are pretty much useless. Gonna try to find a flashlight mount that clamps to the mag tube instead.

Get a CDM Mod-C clamp from S&J hardware.

Just build a nice sleek simple shotgun using this clamp, and it's awesome. WAAAY lower profile that any of the other stuff I've tried!!!

Almost finished my Wingmaster build. Magpul stock, S&J safety, Mesa saddle, Surefire foreend, 12.5" Grizzly barrel.

Just need to send to to TacOrd to be refinished and put a XS Big Dot on it. Still debating the finish colour (black, OD, or FDE), and whether to keep the chrome bolt or switch to black. Probably going to switch to velcro elastic side saddles too.

Very interested in how this will finish. I just picked up a Remington short barrel with a trijicon tritium big dot sight already installed, and I'm contemplating a similar stock and build...

Curious, I have the 12.5'' barrel on my Wingmaster, but my barrel retaining nut doesn't screw on tight since there's no ball detent on the Chinese barrel like the older Wingmaster barrels. Did you buy a sling plate with an existing ball detent to keep it from coming loose?

Any good smith can add a ball detent to your barrel for a nominal fee. I paid $30ish. My shotgun:
