That's why there is a +1 extension to make everything flush. With a 12", the surefire would stick out past the barrel and magazine.

I like it, I think it could use a tube clamp to help stabilize the mag.
Add on a point or a crenelated strike bezel, then if u run out, u at least have some stand off.

My old school 870, still a work in progress:

Wingmaster receiver and wood
18.5" Express barrel w/Remchokes
+2 extension from Badboybeeson

I just cut the stock down and added the Limbsaver pad yesterday. LOP is now a touch over 13" and very handy. I am planning on stripping the factory finish on the wood and redoing with Tung oil for a nice, matte oil finish. Also to come will be a sling stud in the stock for easier bush carry. I am undecided on sights yet, but something will be done to replace the pedestal bead on there now. When it is all done I am going to have Murdoc park everything, it currently looks like Frankenstein with the blued/paint/park finish on the various pieces.

Sorry SiR, I thought you would know I got the parts after I left feedback for you.

I hate the knoxx forend. Just put it on to try it out. WAY too wide.
Got a Knoxx Compstock coming with a rubber overmolded forend for the 870MM.
Will give that a try.
