I tried one on my HP9. I liked it pulling back but didn't like it on the forward stroke, my hand felt like it was going to slip off. That said I do have small hands. It's a personal choice but it is nice to have choices like this. I do have one on one of my 10/22's and I love it in that application.

Norinco Mag Fed, ATI Talon stock, I have taken the forward pistol grip off because the flex it was putting on the action bars was causing jams. Replaced it with the stock one until my railed ATI one comes. Replaced the crappy leaf rear sight with a rail I had laying around planning on a red dot but for now it sights pretty good down the vally in the rail.

Just a run of the mill 887 Nitro Mag Tac with Eotech 552.

I was a little hesitant to go with the 887 (over a 870 tac) but I have no regrets so far and the gun has shot flawlessly. Not really into the Eotech though and don't actually use it that much.

Work in progress Mossberg 535 (3.5")
ATI 6 position with shotshell carrier, ATI forend with rails, Tacstar sidesaddle.
Currently tracking down a 20" barrel.

Nothing too special here. Just has 2 side saddles, one on the butt stock, and the other on the reciever. Im pretty happy with the way it is. If I do anything else I will be adding a ghost ring.

My old school 870 Wingmaster wearing a CanAm 12.5" barrel. 13" LOP, Limbsaver recoil pad. Still to come, an XS Big Dot front bead and a sling of some sort. Suggestions welcome for an old school appropriate 2 point sling and a front sling mounting plate.

Mark, if leather turns your crank, try the Butler Creek Cobra sling. Most comfortable sling I own and it grips the shoulder very well. I think theyre $20-30 at WSS. For a more military look, a 1907 sling with brass fittings would be the icing on that ###y cake. That is probably the best looking wingmaster out there.

I never considered a 1907 sling, that might be just right. I have one on my Garand, maybe I will install it on the 870 to check for looks and function. Thanks for the compliments, there is something about a blue/wood 870 with a stubby barrel that just looks right.
